Charles’ Bio

Charles Swatzell has not done it all, not even close, but here are a few things he has been up to:

  • Spent 13 years as a professional stage actor

  • Worked in Newspaper, Telecom, and Marketing

  • Owned a restaurant/coffeehouse/bar/dinner theater

  • Built a nationally recognized tech start-up

  • Co-founded and sold a national childcare company

Charles is currently the CEO of Formos, a software development company with offices in the US, Vietnam, and Ecuador. He holds a Bachelors in Organizational Management and a Masters in HR Training and Development. Charles lives in Vancouver WA, with his wife and 3 children, and spends the little free time he has trying to figure out how to catch all of these fish he keeps hearing about being in the PNW.
