Dr. Randall Kinnison founded Genesis Mediation in 2005, steadily growing the firm with a dedicated team, expanding practice areas, and opening satellite offices. Today, his vision to create peace for over 3 million people by 2030 fuels his daily motivation. To accomplish this ambitious goal, he plans to train over 1,000 mediators who, in turn, will each help 1,000 individuals find greater peace. Dr. Kinnison also established Genesis Web and Marketing to support mediators, other professionals, and small businesses in achieving profitability. Through his additional ventures—Genesis Divorce and Family Center, Genesis Consulting Service, and Honor Your Parent—he aims to reach another million people.
